あっという間に5月ですねー❣️

50歳を迎えてからもさらに1日が早く感じてしまうのは私だけ？…

みなさんは1日を早いなぁと感じますか？それとも時計をちょいちょいみてなかなか時間経たないなぁと過ごしていますか？

 

人は夢中になっている時間はあっという間に感じますよね。

それだけ充実しているということで、それはそれでいいのかなぁと思います。

今日はありのままの私というテーマでお話しさせていただきますね😊

 

みなさんは、ありのままの自分を知っていますか？

私は自分のことは自分で1番わかってるよ！と思って生きてきたんだけど、実はわかってあげられてなくて…😆

自分の見たくないところは見ないできたんだと思います。

心の無意識なところで

損得勘定で動いたり、人をどこかで勝手に見定めていたりしていた自分がいたことに気づきました。それも勝手な自己判断で。

それを気づいてね、そんな自分をゆるしてあげたんです。もちろんその過程にはここには書ききれない色々な思いや涙もありました☺️

だけど、自分を許してあげること

できないことは人に頼ること

今まで1人でなんでも解決するくせがあった私は、それを機に人に頼ることも甘えることもしてみようと、最近心を少しずつありのままの自分を出せるように心がけています❤︎

みなさん、自分を愛でてあげていますか？

どんな自分でも愛でてあげてください💓

完璧な人なんていないし、人に迷惑かけることだってあるし、日本の方は人に迷惑をかけないような風潮があるけど、そんな自分を愛してくれる人もいますからね☺️💖

今日は私のことだけど、きっとホントは私って…って向き合うと、思いっきり、好きなように生きている人ってほんの一握りな気がしたから

Is it just me who feels like a day goes by even faster even after turning 50? …

Do you feel like a day goes by quickly? Or do you look at the clock and feel like time is not passing by?

When you are engrossed in something, the time passes by in a flash.

I think that’s fine because it means you are feeling fulfilled.

Today, I would like to talk about the theme of just the way I am.

Do you know who you are as you are?

I have lived my life thinking that I know myself better than anyone else! But in fact, I don’t understand myself…

I think I have not seen the parts of myself that I don’t want to see.

I realized that in my unconscious mind, I was acting based on profit and loss calculations and judging people in some way. It was also my own selfish judgment.

When I realized that, I forgave myself for being like that. Of course, there were many things in the process. There were so many thoughts and tears that I couldn’t write them all down.

But I have to forgive myself.

If I can’t do something, I have to rely on others.

Until now, I have had the habit of solving everything on my own, but I’ve taken this opportunity to try relying on others and relying on others, and recently I’ve been trying to express myself as I am.

Everyone, do you love yourself?

Love yourself no matter who you are.

No one is perfect, and sometimes we cause trouble for others, and in Japan there is a tendency to not cause trouble for others, but there are also people who love you for who you are.

Today, I’m talking about myself, but I’m sure that when I really think about myself, there are only a handful of people who live their lives the way they want to.
