皆さん、ゴールデンウィークはいかがでしたでしょうか？
私はというと、4月の疲れが出たのか体調不良でほぼ寝て過ごしました。
本当に忙しかったので、たくさん睡眠時間が取れて十分に充電できたかなと思います。
さて、コンテストのお話の続きです。コンテストと一言で言っても様々。
ボディメイクコンテストのものから世界的に有名なミスコンやミセスコンテストなど。
最近では日本独自で開催されるミスコンやミセスコンテストも本当に増えました。
それぞれのコンテストにはコンセプトや目指しているものがあって、
コンテスタントは出場するコンテストに寄せて準備を進め必要があります。
審査も、ドレスウォーキング、スピーチ、質疑応答など様々です。
私自身、コンテストの準備を進めたり、
出場する中で、コンセプトを自分なりに解釈し、意見をまとめたり、
ウォーキングやパフォーマンスの練習をしたりしていくうちに
自分の中で考えてもなかったことが明確になっていき、
苦手なこと得意なことなど本当にたくさん自分自身を見つめ直すことができ、
そして気づきを得ることができました🥰
その中でも、スピーチが得意ということに気がついたのでした（笑）
23歳から先生と呼ばれる仕事に就き、人前に出て話すこと、
わからない人にいかにわかりやすく教えるかにこだわって過ごしてきました🤔
決して得意だったことではありませんが、人に教えるためにとことん知識をインプットし、
人前で自信を持ってアウトプットすることを仕事の中で、そして生活の中で行ってきました💪🏿
コンテストのスピーチは限られた時間で、
自分のことを全く知らない人たちに知ってもらわなければならないことを考えると、
今まで培ってきたものが最大に発揮できるものだったのかなと感じています☺️
これはコンテストに出場したことで気づけたことでした💡💡
今ではコンテストに出場する方のためのスピーチ講師のお仕事もしています。
コンテストはただ美しさを競うものと思われがちですが、目標に向かって努力することはもちろん、
自身を見つめなおし、行動を起こすのにとても良い機会だと思っています。

「Contest Recommendation」
Everyone, how was your Golden Week?
I spent most of my time sleeping because I spent a lot of time working hard from April.
I was really busy, so I think I was able to get enough sleep and recharge my batteries.
Now, let’s continue the story of the contest.
There are many different types of contests.
From those of the Body Makeup Contest to the world-famous Miss Con and Mrs. Contest.
Recently, the number of Miss Cons and Mrs. contests held in Japan has really increased.
Each contest has a concept and a goal.
Contestants need to prepare for the contest they are going to participate in.
Judging includes dress walking, speech andvarious questions and answers.
While preparing for the contest, In the course of participating, I realized the concept in your own way,
Summarize your opinions, practicing walking and performance, my thoughts became clear.
I was able to look at myself and gain awareness.
Now I realized that I was good at giving speeches (laughs).
From the age of 23, I got a job called a teacher, I was good at Public speaking.
I have spent my time focusing on how to teach people who don’t understand in an easy-to-understand manner.
It’s not something I’ve ever been good at.
Input knowledge thoroughly to teach others,I’ve been able to output confidently in front of people in my work and in my life
The contest speeches were Considering that you have to get to know people who don’t know you at all in a limited amount of time,
I feel that what I have cultivated so far has been something that I can demonstrate to the fullest.
This was something I realized when I entered the contest.
Now I also work as a speech instructor for contestants.
People tend to think that contests are just about beauty, but of course you have to work hard to achieve your goals.
I think it’s a great opportunity to reflect on myself and take action.
