Ms. Michiko Urakawa personally scouts talent and provides the coaching necessary to lead them to victory—winning the Grand Prix—at global competitions. Judge for the TOP BEAUTY WORLD GLOBAL 2025 world competition. Owner of "Nishikigoi" (Japanese ornamental carp), Japan's national fish. Owner of a cram school network spanning over 60 countries and regions worldwide; dedicated to mentoring children and fostering the skills needed to succeed globally. Formerly worked as a talent agency manager in Tokyo; visited Toei Studios in Ginza to study scripts for major series like Kasouken no Onna (The Woman of S.R.I.) and Aibou (Partners), while coaching affiliated talent for auditions. Served as a model for the late Kazukuni Yamazaki—creator of the famous Sakamoto Ryoma statue—for exhibitions at the Nitten (Japan Fine Arts Exhibition). Engages in social contribution by providing vast tracts of land near the "Sado Gold Mine" (a World Heritage Site) to local farmers free of charge for rice cultivation. A devoted cat lover who lives with five cats; a full member of the Japan Animal Welfare Society. Instructor for the Japan Beauty Walking Association. Beauty & Wellness Ambassador for Rose Crusaders. Has made numerous television appearances and served as an MC in her hometown of Nagasaki; gained experience in scouting and operations as a committee member for Miss Universe Japan (Nagasaki region).
